Painting works

Yarylo Construction provides interior and exterior painting services in Cyprus, covering houses, villas, offices, and other properties. High-quality painting requires the right paint, a properly prepared surface, and adherence to the proper procedures.

Facade and interior paints

• Facade paints are resistant to UV, moisture, heat, and cold; the binder is silicone or acrylic. Learn more: facade painting and repair.
• Interior ones are hypoallergenic and eco-friendly, safe for health; also on an acrylic or silicone base.

Depending on the degree of gloss, paints can be matte, semi-gloss, and glossy—this is a key property for design.

Stages of painting work

1. Wall inspection. Our specialists assess the surface and provide recommendations.
2. Geometry. Plaster for smooth walls.
3. Puttying and sanding.
4. Primer. The type and application order depend on the surface and paint.
5. Protection. During renovation, we cover surfaces with masking tape and film.
6. Painting. Whether using rollers or paint stations, these stations speed up the process and improve quality.

Why is this a job for professionals?

Not only experience and equipment are important, but also knowledge of the properties of each paint, as well as maintaining temperature and humidity during work.
