Step 1: Building Inspection

We inspect the load-bearing walls, floors, and roof to determine the building's load-bearing capacity and strength. Only after confirming the structural integrity do we begin the design and construction.

Step 2: First, protection from the outside

Exterior work protects future interior finishes from adverse weather conditions and unnecessary costs:

• Waterproofing the roof before interior work begins, to prevent leaks from ruining the new finish
• Flat roofs - modern waterproofing and membrane materials on a prepared base
• Tiled roofs with leaks - complete removal and replacement of tiles
• Waterproofing of foundations and blind areas
• Thermal insulation of facades and decorative coatings

Why is vapor permeability important?

For insulation, we use non-flammable, environmentally friendly, and vapor-permeable materials. In Cyprus's humid climate, this allows the walls to "breathe" and remain dry. We also install an air recuperation system, which removes excess moisture and prevents mold growth.
