Finishing works in Cyprus

Finishing work is almost invisible against the backdrop of paint, wallpaper, and decor, but it's precisely this that determines the longevity of the entire renovation. Yarylo Construction performs plastering and puttying work in Cyprus, both in new buildings and renovations.

Two stages of interior finishing

1. Plastering– leveling walls and ceilings.
2. Putty is a final preparation for paint, wallpaper, decorative plaster or panels.

Plastering for different rooms

• Wet rooms (bathrooms, showers) - cement-based mixtures: do not lose strength from moisture and serve as a reliable base for tiles and porcelain tiles
• Rooms with moderate humidity (bedrooms, living rooms, hallways) - gypsum mixtures: provide the smoothest walls possible

Our principles

• We work only with ready-made mixtures, not sand and cement mixed on-site: ready-made mixtures contain the correct proportions of plasticizers, fiber, and other components.
• We use reinforcing mesh – in Cyprus, this is mandatory protection against cracks in walls and ceilings.
• For finishing putty, we prefer ready-made compounds in buckets - they create ideal surfaces for painting.

Why is this important?

Poor plastering or spackle can ruin the entire renovation: paint will stain, wallpaper will peel, tiles will fall off. That's why we take the same care in preparatory work as we do in finishing.
