Ready-mixed plasters for finishing work have an optimal proportion of plasticizers, fiber, and other components, which is not the case with mixtures prepared on-site.
For rooms with moderate humidity, such as bedrooms, living rooms, and hallways, it's recommended to use dry gypsum-based plaster mixes. Plastering with this material produces extremely smooth walls, which isn't the case with cement-sand mixtures.
