Stages

1. Inspection and recommendations. We determine whether painting is sufficient or whether foundation repairs are needed.
2. Material and color selection. We help you choose the right shade and offer sample paints if needed.
3. Preparation. Protecting the area, cleaning, repairing cracks and plaster.
4. Priming. Strengthening and water-repellent primer.
5. Painting. Minimum two coats.
6. Cleaning and handover. Dismantling of scaffolding, site cleaning.

Painting or insulation?

If your home is hot in the summer and cool and damp in the winter, consider not just painting but insulating the façade with a decorative plaster finish. This reduces air conditioning costs and protects the walls from moisture. If the roof leaks, start with waterproofing the roof, otherwise the new façade will quickly deteriorate.
