Warm floor

Many people think Cyprus is warm even in winter, but this is not true: daytime temperatures on the coast can reach up to +5°C, while nighttime temperatures drop to -1°C, and high humidity makes the cold even more noticeable. Underfloor heating is a practical and economical heating method. Yarylo Construction designs and installs turnkey underfloor heating systems.

Two types of underfloor heating

Water

• System: boiler, collector (comb) with circuits, sometimes a circulation pump
• The equipment needs a place - a separate room or built-in kitchen furniture
• The pipes are laid under a screed at least 5 cm thick with a reinforcing mesh

Electric

• Cable in a screed or films and mats in a layer of tile adhesive on a finished screed
• No boiler required – thermostats and temperature sensors
• The temperature can be adjusted separately in each room.

Installation stages

1. A design that takes into account furniture arrangement and wet areas.
2. Equipment selection– we work with renowned global brands.
3. Preparation: floor leveling, thermal insulation, planning the electrical network capacity and water supply.
4. Installation of the system and testing.
5. Recommendations for finishing coating: tiles and porcelain tiles, microcement, laminate are suitable.

Important

All work on underfloor heating is completed before finishing. Therefore, it's best to install it during the renovation of an apartment, bathroom, or house.
